- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare Pie Crust
- Roll out each refrigerated pie crust and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, covering the entire surface.
- Mix the Filling
- In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Gently fold in the pecan halves until they are evenly coated.
- Assemble and Bake
- Pour the pecan filling over the prepared pie crust in the pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool and Serve
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
