2. Make the Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this flavorful garlic butter generously over the lobster tails.
3. Broil the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven’s broiler. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat turns opaque and is fully cooked. Halfway through cooking, baste the lobster with additional garlic butter for enhanced flavor. Once done, garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
4. Sear the Scallops:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
5. Make Garlic Butter for the Scallops:
In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then return the seared scallops to the pan, coating them in the aromatic garlic butter.
6. Serve:
Plate the luscious garlic butter lobster tails alongside the seared scallops. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the top. Serve with lemon wedges for a refreshing zest.
