Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: garlic powder and additional cheese for topping
Instructions
- Prep the Steak: Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Steak: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Sauté the Veggies: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the Sliders: Split the slider buns in half. Place a slice of steak and some sautéed vegetables on the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Broil (Optional): For a melty, cheesy experience, broil the sliders for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Serve the cheesesteak sliders immediately, topped with additional cheese and green onions if desired.
