Instructions

  1. Prep the Meatballs: Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Bake the Meatballs: Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Make the Glaze: While meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  4. Glaze and Serve: Toss cooked meatballs in the cranberry glaze and serve immediately.
