- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Prep the Meatballs: Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Bake the Meatballs: Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Make the Glaze: While meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Glaze and Serve: Toss cooked meatballs in the cranberry glaze and serve immediately.
