2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)

1/4 cup cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water

8 oz egg noodles

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

A Simple and Satisfying Dish

Brown the Beef: Sear the beef tips in a skillet until browned on all sides.

Combine Ingredients: Transfer the beef to a slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Cook: Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Thicken the Sauce: Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the slow cooker and cook for a few minutes until thickened.

Cook the Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

Serve: Serve the beef tips and gravy over the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
