1 can pineapple rings, drained

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Muffin Tin: Grease a muffin tin.

Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Assemble Muffins: Place a pineapple ring in each muffin cup. Top with batter.

Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
