1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can pineapple rings, drained
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Muffin Tin: Grease a muffin tin.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Assemble Muffins: Place a pineapple ring in each muffin cup. Top with batter.
