- 12 shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat the broiler to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray. - Prepare the Shrimp
Place the cooked shrimp in a mixing bowl. Drizzle the canola oil over the shrimp. Cover the bowl and gently shake until the shrimp are evenly coated with oil. - Mix the Spices
In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme leaves, and oregano. Stir until the spices are well blended. - Season the Shrimp
Add the spice mixture to the shrimp bowl. Cover the bowl again and gently shake until the shrimp are uniformly coated with the spices. - Broil the Shrimp
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Broil for approximately 10 minutes or until the shrimp are heated through and show slight charring. - Serve
Serve the shrimp warm with lemon wedges for added zest and brightness.
