Ingredients
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
2–3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of milk or heavy cream (if needed)
Instructions
Cream Butter and Peanut Butter: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and peanut butter together using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add Sweeteners and Flavoring: Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating on low speed until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Adjust Consistency: If the frosting is too thick, add a splash of milk or heavy cream and beat until desired consistency is reached.
Use and Enjoy: Use the frosting to frost cakes, cupcakes, or brownies.
