1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Toppings: chopped pecans, cinnamon, or whipped cream

Instructions

Combine Ingredients: In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using).

Mix Well: Stir until well combined.

Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve: In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add your desired toppings.
