- 2 large eggs + 2 egg yolks

- Prepare the Cookie Dough:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to form a soft cookie dough. - Shape and Bake the Cookie Cups:
