- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- Additional graham cracker crumbs, for rolling
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
- Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour, or until it’s firm enough to handle.
- Shape and Roll: Scoop out small portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
- Chill and Store: Place the balls in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
