Homemade Coconut Almond Joy Balls: A Sweet and Chewy Delight

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs, for rolling

 

Instructions

 

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
  3. Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour, or until it’s firm enough to handle.
  4. Shape and Roll: Scoop out small portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
  5. Chill and Store: Place the balls in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
