- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add Vegetables: Toss in bell peppers and pineapple, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine Flavors: Stir in soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Serve the shrimp mixture over cooked jasmine rice. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
