Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
8 oz penne pasta
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Let cool, then slice.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, and grilled chicken.
Dress the Salad: Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately or chill for later.
