- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar substitute, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Ingredients: Add the cheese cubes, salami squares, and sliced mini pickles to the marinade, stirring gently to coat each piece.
- Assemble the Charcuterie Cups: Fill small cups or ramekins with the marinated ingredients.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
