Easy White Chocolate Tiramisu: A No-Bake Dessert Delight

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream:
    In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Create the Creamy Filling:
    In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone until light and fluffy. Add the melted white chocolate, 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped cream until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Tiramisu:
    Brush half of the ladyfingers with half of the orange juice and arrange them in a 13×9-inch dish. Spread with 2 cups of the cream cheese mixture, then layer with half of the strawberries. Brush the remaining ladyfingers with the remaining orange juice and arrange them over the strawberry layer.
  4. Top it Off:
    Gently mix the remaining 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and spread it over the ladyfingers. Top with the remaining strawberries.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    Refrigerate until ready to serve. For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.
