- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown and crumble ground beef. Drain excess grease.
- Add Seasoning and Water: Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Cook the Rice: Reduce heat, add uncooked Minute Rice, and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Add Salsa and Cheese: Remove the lid, stir in salsa and shredded cheese.
- Serve: Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
