Easy Taco Rice: A Quick and Delicious Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown and crumble ground beef. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add Seasoning and Water: Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook the Rice: Reduce heat, add uncooked Minute Rice, and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  4. Add Salsa and Cheese: Remove the lid, stir in salsa and shredded cheese.
  5. Serve: Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
