Easy Lemon Dump Cake

  • 1 can (16 ounces) lemon pie filling
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, thinly sliced

 

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Prepare the Pan:
    Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the Ingredients:
    • Pour the lemon pie filling into the prepared pan.
    • Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the filling.
    • Scatter the cream cheese cubes over the chips.
    • Pour the dry cake mix over the entire mixture.
    • Dot the top with the sliced butter.
  4. Bake:
    Bake for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  5. Cool and Serve:
    Let cool slightly before serving warm or chilled.
