- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster shell, stopping at the tail. Gently remove the lobster meat and set aside. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Make Butter Sauce: In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and water.
- Poach Lobster: Place lobster tails, meat-side down, into the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, basting with butter sauce, until the meat turns opaque.
- Serve: Remove lobster tails from the skillet, garnish with parsley, and serve with extra butter sauce and lemon wedges.
