Easy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails | A Luxurious Treat

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster shell, stopping at the tail. Gently remove the lobster meat and set aside. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Make Butter Sauce: In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and water.
  3. Poach Lobster: Place lobster tails, meat-side down, into the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, basting with butter sauce, until the meat turns opaque.
  4. Serve: Remove lobster tails from the skillet, garnish with parsley, and serve with extra butter sauce and lemon wedges.
