- 2 boxes of brownie mix
- 3 large eggs (2 from the mix + 1 extra)
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Muffin Pans
- Spray the muffin pans generously with nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the brownies.
- Mix Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mixes and add the required ingredients as per the box instructions. Remember to include 3 large eggs in total (2 from the mix and 1 extra).
- Fill Muffin Pans
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared muffin pans, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool
- Let the brownies cool in the pans for about 5 minutes. Carefully use the tip of a butter knife to pop them out.
- Enjoy
- Serve warm and enjoy the delicious crispy edges and chewy centers!
