Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken cubes and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Create the Sauce: In the same skillet, add heavy cream, broth, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the Ravioli: Carefully add cheese ravioli to the simmering sauce, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cook according to package directions or until al dente.
- Combine and Serve: Return cooked chicken to the sauce and gently stir to combine. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
