1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 cups bowtie pasta

1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or green), sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

A Flavorful and Easy Meal

Cook the Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Veggies: In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Create the Sauce: Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Combine and Serve: Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
