- 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (mini)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz block cream cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pierogies: Cook the pierogies according to package directions. Drain well.
- Make the Soup: In a large pot, combine chicken broth, cream cheese, and grated cheddar cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the soup is smooth.
- Add Kielbasa and Pierogies: Add the cooked pierogies and sliced kielbasa to the soup. Heat through, stirring gently.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
