Creamy Kielbasa and Pierogi Soup | Comfort Food

  • 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (mini)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pierogies: Cook the pierogies according to package directions. Drain well.
  2. Make the Soup: In a large pot, combine chicken broth, cream cheese, and grated cheddar cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the soup is smooth.
  3. Add Kielbasa and Pierogies: Add the cooked pierogies and sliced kielbasa to the soup. Heat through, stirring gently.
  4. Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
