- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 32 ounces vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 cups ditalini pasta
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

- Extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt Butter: Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook Garlic: Add minced garlic and cook for 30-45 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add Broth: Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Cook Pasta: Reduce heat to a simmer, add ditalini pasta, and cook according to package directions.
- Stir in Cheese: Once pasta is cooked, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve: Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with parsley, pepper, and extra Parmesan. Adjust salt to taste.
