- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Cook Chicken: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken, cook until golden brown.
- Create Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until creamy, season with salt and pepper.
- Combine and Serve: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
