4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
A Simple and Satisfying Dish
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prep the Dish: Grease a large baking dish.
Layer Ingredients: Spread uncooked rice in the bottom of the dish. Place chicken breasts on top.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and water. Pour over the chicken and rice.
Add Flavoring: Sprinkle dry onion soup mix evenly over the dish.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
