- ½ cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded

- ½ cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded
- ¼ cup yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 ½ tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare Filling:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheeses and diced onions. - Assemble Quiche:
Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it into the corners. Pour the egg mixture into the crust, smoothing the top. - Bake:
Bake for 38-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden. - Cool and Serve:
