Instructions

Prep the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberries, feta, green onions, and sugar (if using).
Assemble the Pinwheels: Spread filling on each tortilla, leaving a border. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
