Classic Shrimp Louie Salad | Easy & Refreshing

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 1 lb large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
  • 23 radishes, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Louie Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble Salad: Place romaine lettuce on a platter or individual plates. Top with shrimp, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, red onion, olives, and radishes.
  3. Add Dressing: Drizzle dressing over the salad or serve it on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges.
