Chocolate Almond Bark Truffles: A Decadent Treat

  • 2 ½ cups chopped pecans

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, brown sugar, vanilla extract, melted butter, and maple syrup. Mix well until a dough forms.

  2. Shape Balls: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and chill for at least 1 hour.

  3. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate almond bark according to package directions.

  4. Dip and Set: Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.

  5. Chill and Serve: Let the truffles set in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
