Ingredients
1 loaf rye bread, cubed
1 pound corned beef, sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
4 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Layer the Dish: In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Make the Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, Thousand Island dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour and Bake: Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
