Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Bombs: A Quick & Easy Snack

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the Bombs: Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and pinch edges to seal.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  4. Bake the Bombs: Brush dough balls with garlic butter, sprinkle with salt and Parmesan (if desired), and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley.
