- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Instructions
- Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the Bombs: Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and pinch edges to seal.
- Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Bake the Bombs: Brush dough balls with garlic butter, sprinkle with salt and Parmesan (if desired), and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley.
