Prep Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Make the Crust: Combine flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press into the pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.
Layer the Flavors: Spread blueberry jam over the cooled crust, then top with fresh blueberries.
Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth.
Assemble the Bars: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry layer.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and garnish with blue sugar sprinkles.
