Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in the sugar and egg yolks, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
