Ingredients:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup deli turkey or leftover turkey, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 tablespoons melted salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion

Instructions/Directions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the sliders to a golden finish.

2. Prepare the Slider Buns:

  • Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the slider buns or Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  • Place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish, arranged in a single layer.

3. Assemble the Sliders:

  • Layer 1: Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Layer 2: Add the sliced turkey on top of the stuffing, ensuring even coverage.
  • Layer 3: Mix 1.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard with the cranberry sauce and spread this mixture over the turkey.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the layered ingredients, gently pressing them down.

4. Prepare the Butter Mixture:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, the remaining 1.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and minced dried onion.
  • Drizzle or brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.

5. Bake the Sliders:

  • Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Let the sliders rest for a few minutes after baking. Slice them along the pre-sliced lines and serve warm. These are perfect for gatherings or festive dinners!
